Our engineers build rugged servers that are configured to meet specific customer requirements. TAG servers have featured both Intel® & AMD® multi-core processors to provide performance packed and energy-efficient systems. TAG offers multi-panel accessible I/O ports, and hot-swappable components such as storage drives. Our systems have also supported a number of PCI expansion slots, and PICMG® compatible backplanes for greater expansion capabilities.
TAG’s SV-1200, also known as the Gemini™, is unlike any other rugged server that is currently on the market. The Gemini is a rugged 1U chassis that holds two independent, removable rugged servers each with its own power supply. These removable rugged half-rack 1U servers allow the end user to take out one server while the remaining server is still running! With Intel® Xeon® processors, IPv6 capable GB NICs, mirrored hard drives, and VMware® ready, the Gemini takes server virtualization to a whole new level. The Gemini allows for up-to 24 processing cores in a 1U chassis as well as up-to 192GB of RAM. The dual-server suite meets military standards such as shock, vibration, and humidity. TAG built the Gemini to relieve potential problems with a single failing power supply, and to create a product that end users can rely on. The Gemini is ideal for deployable situations where such high density computing minimizes Size, Weight, and Power (SWaP).
TAG's SV-2000 rugged 2U rack-mount server allowed for up-to 16-Cores in a 2U chassis as well as up-to 64GB of RAM. TAG built the SV-2000-X2 to relieve potential problems with a single failing power supply. The rugged 2U rack-mount server featured here included two 2.33GHz dual-core Intel® Xeon® processors with state-of-the-art mechanical, thermal, and electrical engineering to create a high performance rack-mounted 2U rugged computer system. Our rugged servers are designed to exceed many MIL-STD requirements to ensure survivability in the field. The SV-2000-X2 is ideal for transit case, and deployable situations.
TAG's SV-3000 rugged 3U rack-mount server featured a convention cooled 3U heavy-duty aluminum chassis that was integrated with two Intel® Xeon® E5 series processors. With 16x DDR3 memory sockets, this system was fitted with TAG’s advanced High-Density Information Technology® (HDIT®) that ensures systems that are tightly packed have been designed, and tested to ensure proper airflow helps keep these systems cool. TAG's rugged 3U server featured included 8x removable 3.5” storage drives (HDD or SSD) on the front panel for easy access, and dual hot-swappable power supplies in the rear for optimal reliability. Designed around MIL-STD-810G means this system was built to survive in some of the harshest environmental conditions.
TAG's SV-4000 series of rugged 4U rack-mount servers have been custom designed in a number of configurations for our customers. With the most flexibility due to the increased space to work with, TAG has designed 4U servers with advanced architectures that included 14-slot PICMG backplanes making it an ideal system of choice for military applications that require the extra expansion capabilities. Additional performance advantages of TAG’s 4U servers is the ability to mount components such as storage drives (HDD, SDD, and Tape Drives), power supplies, and RAID controllers on the front panel for quick and easy access to vital components of the system. Our 4U servers have also been integrated with up-to 12x DDR3 slots of memory that support up-to 144GB of RAM making it the perfect system for resource intensive applications.
