TAG adds Remote Management to Rugged Server Capabilities

TAG offers an eRIC® Remote Management Card (RMC), which is available for our entire line of high end servers. This remote management capability provides for unblocked BIOS-level access and control with maximum security, stability, and speed. For additional reliability, the RMC allows access even when the OS fails or when the network or internet is unavailable.

Unlike many software based remote management tools, TAG’s RMC does not require client software on the remote server. Functions that can be performed with the RMC include remote power control and management, troubleshooting, and reconfiguration.
